Hyperscale Data (The Ponzi Scheme Persists)

As previously noted, Ault Alliance’s rebranding to Hyperscale Data is part of Milton C. Ault’s ongoing legal Ponzi scheme (he is also known as Milton Todd Ault III). This isn’t the first time Mr. Ault has changed the company’s name; he appears to use these rebrandings to attract new investors and fund his lifestyle.

The underlying reason for this latest name change is that Ault stock has lost its appeal, and he now seeks fresh investment to cover existing obligations.
