My 2 cents on judicial reformThe state gov. or president should appoint the judges for their level and the state/federal legislature should approve. 6 year term (same as president) people can vote (to keep or dump judge) for additional 6 year term at end of first six years. Phase in 1/3 now 1/3 in 6 years final in 12 years. I really can't see why this is so difficult. ( yes I can graft and corruption).The law enforcement should be non-partisan or political. The US has a non functional or inefficient judicial because of the same influences. The judicial and law enforcement branch of govt should not have political influence. My 2 cents worth.
