The secured lenders are not out any money, and not presently at risk of being out money.  So I expect their approach will be to watch closely but not deliberately create a train wreck.  As for the corporate raider, he holds a lot of common stock, so he would also not be interested in a train wreck.  But if he has the means, he can make an offer for the whole company at a bargain price.
