RE:RE:RE:Captiva Verde Wellness Corporate UpdateThe news release isn't funny it's hilarious.    sage ranch worked so well let's copy that formula and repeat it in NB.  The second funniest part was about scoping potential buyers in Miami in case they can't come up with a deal to sell it back to Strasser.  I'll eat my hat and boiled sneakers if Strasser doesn't end up with the padel club.  Strasser will get out of jail for free or a light sentence vs if it was an arms length negotiation.  You watch.
