I am demonstrating, IN REAL TIME, how Yukoners do NOT want Heap Leach Mining, what this very Project depends upon on for its already Unrealistic economic projections. Honestly, your best chance of this is for Canada, ASSUMING they want it (spoiler alert: they don't), is to Take Over the project themselves. They'll maybe give you a zero premium.
