MJS is eligeable for 70,5% of this dividends and has no other meaningful business activities other than the stake in PRG. MGM/the small group with the sahreholder majority showed their commitment to share this future profits with its shareholders.
In this light, i am convinced that their will be a second dividend anounced in march 2025, with the end year results for 2024 and therefore, 2 dividend payments from PRG to shareholders each year and subsequently 2 dividend payments from MJS to shareholders each year.
