Price support to backstop critical minerals projects

Price support to backstop critical minerals projects
This Pumpkin Hollow Asset is serious business for the USA. If the Biden admin can intervene to potentially offset market price plunges for critical metals, what could they have in mind for this bidden/bidding process to ensure a US miner/entity keeps the copper in USA?

"In an effort to support US critical minerals projects, the Biden administration is considering market intervention to counter the crash in prices of lithium and other key minerals caused by overflow of supply from China,
POLITICO reported this week."
