The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. i don't think theyy can get a bond...  title searches will B N excess of 30 days.  Lion went active about 20 months ago..  i voted for the new directors in a proxy where they were issued stocks.  i saw today that its a nevada corp..  i thought it was a Ca Registry...  t

there is a charge somewhere/epik where stewart title sent a bill for ~~ 5000$.

trishura sceduled a hearing on the bond issue until Sept 30 - 2024.

the pool of underwriters is very narrow

he other item ..  is RGGS is a phone call away & Molis warned the SH...  they will work against their participatation..  been a lot of malfesance and this has been documented in the epiks and they will not to cotton reputations..  that warming was in writing on the epiks...

the SH simply looks like a mission -2- mars
