Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

here we go.. QTA did not or does it now own that site.. it sowned by ARCO or Peabody Coal and the state come in and spent 30M$ of Nevada Money along w ARCO. the Site was declared a superfund site and cleaned up underr CERCLA Guidelines..

the main mill process was Kerosine.. that immediate area was contaminated w PCB's. this is an indication the mill was adding waste oils to the mix... it was B3 the superfund Re-Auth Act.. this created the hazardous manifest transportation sistem. B$ this.. U could hav a waste oil collector come over and suk Ur PCB Transformers dry for a price... every pole in the USA had PCB's in thier transformers... it was an endless dream stream... covered county dirt roads.. dust applications.. reblending w slop oils an rerefined (24D's here i..e agent whire - orange /Dioxins).

the sire was sertified as cleaned.. there is no applicable ECRA for anaconda... we are talking about the pads and mill site.. the old mill houses were leden w asbestos - demolished and buried on site on a certified dump/lined... the rest is leases owned by stigaset. who wned the water rites.. they dold 5000 acres.. got sued by NCI and later dropped the suit. the state eventually came in and siezed 4000 acre feet after allocitaing 3600 acre feet to NCI for Diversion of the underground and Well Pointing.

the excess looks like it went to the walker lake recov ery conservation distrik.. but not 2 Bee undone.. NCI also sued ove this.. and this is in litigation currently.. thats in the local papers..

as to Trishura.. somewhere thiere is a blurb they hav no liablilty currently or in the future on NCI Properties.... all of those leases are under RGGS.. teh titled land NCI Sits on is a lease...
