RE:RE:Pilgram Hi i have waited for oppinion from posters that has not happenned.
So here is my point of view.
No insiders or big boys are controlling the Abcourt price on the market.
The only thing that i can understand and might be a factor is :
Management except Mr Mestrallet and the Hinse family and the last participant at 0.04c has no real participation in Abcourt.
Yes management have and will continue to be granted options to them at 0.05c good for 5 years.
Yes it could be an incentive to keep the share price low(for a few years) so that they could continue to to be granted options every years at a low exercise price.
So why should management that has no shares(or very few shares) work to increase the share price.
when they could continue to receive options at such a low price for years and in a few years when
profits are evident could exercise at a big profit.
For present share holders it would be preferable that management try to increase the share price but it would not be good for them.
Make your own oppinion but for me management has no incentive to increase the share price
at the moment.
