RE:RE:RE:SH bid, sue, notHopefully Barrick doesn't win the bid . According to ABCNEWS one of their Powerful Chilean lawyers ,Luis Hermosilla,  was ordered detained on corruption, bribery  and tax fraud charges. Abcnews August 27 2024 . This is to with Pascua Lama ownership  and between Lopehandia, Mountain Star Gold (MWR) which has been in court for over 20 years . Also brides to  many high ranking people including politicians, judges too. 
So NCU doesn't need this precious piece of property tied in court for years to come . Hopefully the sale is honest and all parties are thrilled.
