New article about pumpkin hollow

Found this article which details all the specs on pumpkin hollow. I noticed that back in 2011 the share price was at or around $60.00 per share. Why such a difference from 2011 thru the last breathing seconds of the stock in 2024 at 1 cent? Shouldn't that $60.00 share price in 2011 show pumpkin hollows true value? For some to say shareholders "might" receive a penny or two per share seems ridiculous to me. Pumpkin hollow is still one of the bigger permitted mines located in the USA. I hope there is a bidding war for it.

Question. FILO Corp was bought out at $33 per share. What was the share price prior to the buyout?
