KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:Bread crumbs... that I seeClay, thanks for your post.  I found it curious that in a press release that announced the extension of a Private Placement and the naming of a new Director, included such extensive discussion of a potential busines opportunity in the Middle East. 

Normally, if you were in confidential business discussions you would not tip your hand to the public.  On the other hand, perhaps it is subtle message to others that they need to step up or the opportunity will be lost.

There is lots happening including the potential Ford road announcement this month and the MD&A comment that FN consultations have become more active.

If the increase in the Private Placement is filled quickly it is likely a good sign that all those crumbs are coming together to form a magnificent bread pudding.
