Something to remember for all investors...
This court case has many allegations against PH and CK including:
PH shared material non-public information with some investors.
PH promised warrants and board seats to some investors.
PH made improper disclosures to some investors.

It is likely that there are some investors out there that are still bought into PH's promises and would make decisions that are not necessarily to the benefit of ALY
- There is a strong possibility that additional groups with very large holdings would support Ex-CEO Hariharan
Some of these investors might be so ticked off with PH's failed promises that they are willing to torch ALY to seek retribution.
