RE:RE:RE:RE:Pilgram Hi Fernand
In your last 2 posts you write
1) No big boys are controlling Abcourt and the big share older have no interest in maintaining the pice that low.
I agree . The 2 of them are private people , rich people but no billionnaires.
because if they were billionaires they would have launched a takeover bid for 4 or 5 cents a long time ago or at least subscribed to the PP for amounts that would have given them almost all of the capital.
The very low price of the stock gives everyone the opportunity to buy a large part of the capital for peanuts. Not only to Mr Mestrallet or Mokadem.
2) Secondly, you say that management has no interest in increasing the price because in this way it can receive options at a lower price and thus earn more when the price has increased.
This is an argument that can be defended in absolute terms, but in reality, poor management is quickly replaced when there are major shareholders in the capital.
Moreover, insufficient management does not flood the community with positive press releases at the rate at which the current management does.
I think that the reality is much more prosaic. Abcourt is not yet out of the tunnel and the risk that it will not find sufficient financing to emerge remains significant.
When we see Abcourt's potential return on investment, this is what keeps the price so low.
