On August 29th 2024 Jeff and Heidi Ciachurski have taken out two more mortgages (third in August alone) in Kern County.
That along with the notification of tax sale for their ten acre property on Highland Blvd.
And the sale of water rights to Golden Hills for almost 400% cheaper then the deal he made to buy water rights from Ronnie Strasser, which expires at the end of the year.
