Yes, you too could find your fortune by investing in companies that cannot afford skilled senior staff or that are not selling enough products or services to afford higher salaries.

Do yourself a favor, research "how to pick stocks based on CEO salaries" you will soon discover it's total and utter nonsense to do this.

Research the person, their work experience, education, accomplishments etc.  Their salary is often a reflection of either their current status or future potential.
