Did you actually read the quarterly MD&A? What's this about increased occupancy? It dipped below 80% since last June. They are literally giving away their least occupied properties - that's your increase. What is left is marginally less bad. Have you actually read the quarterly results on the website?
do you really believe the revised IFRS value of a little over four dollars per unit?

As for blackout period...... really? Did anyone phone management to confirm that (the lack of) further buying is prohibited ? Armoyan made a very small automated purchase on June 30th.
