Did you actually read the quarterly MD&A?  What's this about increased occupancy? It dipped below 80% since last June.  They are literally giving away their least occupied properties - that's your increase. What is left is marginally less bad. Have you actually read the quarterly results on the website?

do you really believe the revised IFRS value of a little over four dollars per unit?  

i'm going to give a special deal to Stockhouse readers such as yourself. It's called the bridge REIT. I'll be selling units in a series of New York based bridges with our flagship property in Brooklyn. It will of course be externally managed by my good self.

As for blackout period......  really?  Did anyone phone management to confirm that (the lack of) further buying is prohibited ? Armoyan made a very small automated purchase on June 30th.
