My Opinion
The claim that the management has no interest in the share price increasing so that they can get cheap options is, in my opinion, a fairly simple and unlikely explanation for the low share price. It simply does not connect with the flow of information we receive from the company.
Abcourt is a developing company, and everything indicates that they will take advantage of the high and persistent gold price to create value for all shareholders. But of course there is a certain risk present. All the financing is not yet in place, and future dilutions may be relevant to bring in the necessary capital. That is why the share price is where it is at the moment. I have pointed out several times that until we see confirmation that the economy falls into place, the rate will not move significantly either.
Having said that, I think the management works tirelessly to convince future investors and banks to prove that the company has a profitable future. Results from drilling and investigations from the properties Abcourt owns regularly appear in press releases. This is what will bring in the necessary capital to start full production. Something that will in turn highlight the values found in the properties. Then the share price will also rise, and we who own shares will be satisfied.
