The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Correction:

Under the terms of the arm's length transaction, the Company issued 3,000,000 Acquisition Units to HPQ. Each
Acquisition Unit is comprised of one Acquisition Share and one-half of an Acquisition Warrant, with each whole Acquisition
Warrant entitling HPQ to acquire one common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of three years expiring August 30,
2025.
