Yes, it looks like something, but again it is worthless unless Ucore takes off with full funding and finishes building the SMC in LA.  Stock options, restricted stock is nice but onless Ucore stock price goes up not worth much.

PS What is Ucore doing that they are not tell us because of DOD national security and NDAs.
