RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

The problem with the BCSC and other regulators is that they want explicit proof that we caught him (AS) with his hand in the cookie jar. In this situation, our evidence is more like - it looks like a duck, it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck - therefore it must be a duck! They only want to go after the low hanging fruit!
