Don't know if you listened to the recent posting of AGM meeting minutes, but TD did state the 60 day approval process as outlined in the most recent Mining Laws is a guideline, so the term is not chistled in stone.

TD also stated that the staff now working for the Mining Ministry are now allot more efficient in their approval processes, so that's a good thing.
Also mentioned was the staff may be a bit behind in the approval process if they were away on a summer holiday there could be a slight delay in processing.

IMO, there is no doubt Boron One will receive both exploitation licenses for Piskanja & the old Pobrdje boron deposit remaining at the coalmine, at least that is the message I received.
Hopefully this clarifies your queries.

Hi does anyone have any idea of a time frame for start up of Pobrdje.I am not sure.
I recall some activites years ago for samples to go to a company in Italy I belive.
So I sence it could be rather quick.
I know the miners ( although a little older)still live close to the mine.
