RE:RE:Acquisition of NGD by a Major Before Q3 Results

Yes we have recently added some very "high profile" members to our board of directors including the new chairman Richard O'Brien who was the brains behind  Newmont Mining during all their great years in their growth spurt.  He is known to be a "deal maker" and gets things done.   NGD went all out here for him.  Why would he join NGD?   He is either getting NGD primed for a takeout, or he believes NGD's past problems are indeed over with and we are primed here for some major M&A action of our own.  We are now in the second half 2024 where the FCF is supposed to come in big time while the AISC is expected to come down.  Any astute buyer will already see we have a huge cash flow producer here and they want us.

Either way it's a win win for NGD shareholders.  The share price hasn't even factored in yet the 2025 EPS values.  We are very undervalued here.

Ron
