I have NEVER seen a JV agreement without the REQUIREMENT for a positive bankable feasibilty study before production notice can be given!!!!!!!!!!!  pLUS, its common sense!  We are years away from that.

NO ENVIROMENTAL PERMITS
NO MINING PERMITS
NO METALLURGY
NO MINE PLAN

I ASSURE  YOU TUD CANNOT VALIDLY GIVE A PRODUCTION NOTICE FOR AT LEAST A FEW YEARS....

Just say it did hypothetically.......Now TUD gives a production notice.....Cunningham is now responsible for 20% of the project funding......Would that be possible for them?
