RE:RE:Westwater vs. NGCin raising moneyyouknowwhat ,

Unlike Hugues Jacquemin and Northern Graphite, Westwater Resources representatives have been consistently successful in progressing the phase 1 of the Kellyton plant. When you have Cantor Fitzgerald wanting to act and in fact acting as Westwater Resources' investment banking representatives, that fact conveys quite a lot.
With Stellantis having entered into "a binding CSPG component production offtake agreement with Westwater Resources and given the previous offtake agreement signed with SK On Co, Ltd Westwater Resources has now locked down sales of 100% of the graphite anode material to be produced during Phase 1 at Kellyton.

Unlike Northern Graphite Company, Westwater Reoursces is representative of an actually serious integrated mining to validated, qualified, certified and therefore "commercially viable" CSPG anode battery component material manufacturer. It's a company with a share price currently at $0.12 above the WWR 52 week low and having arrived at a 52 week share price high of $0.88.
Both Stellantis and SK On Co., Ltd offtake agreements are in fact "bonafide and bankable" and the $150 Million worth of capital to be provisioned by a globally recognized financial institution, being coupled with not only the fact that Cantor Fitzgerald has been willing to introduce itself into the mix, very much speaks to the kind and quality and standing of the as yet unnamed globally well recognized financial institution. It would perhaps also speak to perhaps U.S. Government funded grants that are now just about guaranteed to begin flowing toward and onto the Westwater Resources Inc balance sheet.

Unlike Northern Graphite Corporation present standing as a mere TSXV listed company, Westwater Resources Inc is NYSE listed.
NGC is burnt toast. Nobody wants to deal with Hugues Jacquemin and I expect "Sprott" would rather NGC is taken into CCAA proceedings, so as to have a privately arranged for company take over the assets and forthwith toss Hugues Jacquemin, Guillaume Jacq, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge and the others to the curb like the useless refuse they demonstrably present as being.
