Hello drweath, appologies, Sir, for having misspelled your name previously. Thanks again, and after rereading your comment, I understand more of what you are saying. I was never at an agm, followed along as much I could, and voted with management (Jim). For me, being in Germany, the AGM was for the "big boys." I could not keep up with all the management changes, I know, as an investor, not good... What ever happened with Mr. Rath, I mean, where has he moved on to, understanding, that we are all getting "more mature, like a fine wine."
