Volvo changing tune.The abiove company who was going 'all electric' has changed it's mind.
Now many of those who were heading towards EV's are postponing production or closing them down.
China is still making EV's at half the price of others.   Western Battery Plants are being POSTPONED,
Dont get caught in a False Economy.
