Atrium's portfolio of possible take out candidates in small cvalps seems to be performing well.
Interesting to note the addition of DRX to the portfolio.
ADF Group will no doubt be a gem to acquire for a larger co.CDN/US.
The current discounted valation will be a huge attraction to possible buyers.
The price could well be clise to Atrium's valuation $23-$25 ....
Question is, what will be the incentive for Pischanni family to sell and How would the owner family ( 80% + voting contro ) react to an offer ?
