A little evening humor...

A few years ago, I was the Head of HR for the pilots at Qatar Airways.

We had a joke amongst the leadership team...

"If you gave a bag full of gold coins to a Pilot, they would still find a way to complain... They would tell you the bag is too HEAVY"

On a more serious note, if the 30% offer from AC is true, the union leadership will be in quite a pickle... I don't think we will find ourselves in a situation where pilots will actually go on strike
