RE:HC: Big turnaround situation announced today!

RE:HC: Big turnaround situation announced today!I don't get it i admit it! HC's numbers make no sense in terms of relative prices and margins on sales. It strikes me, as good as their chargers might be, HC selling prices for hardware plus sofware are too low, That's okay for sales demand but when do they ever make real money. Is it meant to come from charging fees? After all, I see Parkland, with their $200MM loan from the CIB, have it written into the terms that repayment of loan (not to mention the chargers maintenance) can be satisfied by the charging fees PKI will receive, but that will be from the 2,000 charging stations they committed to install and from which they get all the charging revs. What is charging fee status for HC with over 1000 installed? I don't see it in th revenue side.
