Lights out for Exro??Who would buy this offering? Management costs are 1x sales forget production costs.. Sue and her gang of misfits suck out all the air in the room paying themselves before you add in the cost of actually making something (which they lose money on too look at COGS, margin is very negative) This garbage trades roughly 200k shares per day. How would an investor get out if they owned more then the retail average of 50000 shares?? In the likely event your losing money you cant get out to stem the losses... This offering is DOA, if it fails then insolvency is next... Had Exro wanted this to be successful they would have announced the reverse split first, no investor is buying a 750 million share float thats illiquid staring down reverse split risk.... DOA, hopefully they fire Sue for cause or at the very least go after her personally so that she has to spend millions defending herself and hopefully bankrupt her..... Thats about the best bagholders can hope for at this point.
