RE:DREAM OFFICE

RE:DREAM OFFICE
There is a reason D.un didn't participate perhaps as much as others. I was reading an article the other day (which I can no longer find) about commmercial real estate. For the life of me, can't remember who made the interviewed guest commentary but I was going to reference it the other day. It suggested their top searches (far and away) are in regards to "work from home", "hybrid work options" and "remote work abilities". This resonated with me, as I have been fairly vocal about the office segment and remain that way. It also hindered me from adding more Artis when I reloaded back at $5.80, which is hind sight, looks to be my loss. Nevertheless, I haven't yet sold either. My concern ultimately in holding Artis is a move to take out Dream could be announced which in my opinion will take the stock down a fair bit and pretty much straddle you with that potential new position that I wouldn't necessarily want to be in.

On a completely other note (didn't want to make a seperate post) in case anyone missed it the Fed's Christopher Waller was out shortly after jobs numbers today and was about as dovish as any Fed officical I have heard of late. He suggested now is the time to cut not wait, suggested he would be up for considering a larger front loaded cut and would entertain multiple consecutive cuts. Wow. For anyone not paying attention, the Fed chair generally puts his minions (no disrespect at all intended) out to further message the markets. Given the timing of this commentary, it would surely play into the 50 bip equation. I do however still remain in the 25 camp, at least for now.
