RE:RE:RE:Bids

RE:RE:RE:BidsThat's a really good question and beyond my scope of imagination on who could submit such an offer and for how much... When I saw Filo Corp receive an offer for nearly 3Billion USD, that gave me alot of comfort in this current upcoming transaction with Nevada Copper. The interesting part though is that this is a competitive bidding process. What the debtors will need to pay attention to is select bidders who will want to resubmit a higher bid once the top bid is made public.

Nobody knows who is bidding and for how much. In this case, many entities will ensure to submit their best offer from the get-go and if it happens to come within range of many competing offers, they will go to auction.

The question I have is how much more does the prevailing bid need to be than the second best bid, in order to be deemed the winning bid? $200 M.? $500M.? $1B.? $2B.?
