RE:RE:RE:Airlines and other oil buyers jump to lock in prices:As a side note Cuba raised their gas and diesel prices 5 fold in February.
Cuba imports most of their oil at world prices.
The prices were subsidized before but now are close to what we pay.
The difference is a tank of gas that we think is pricey here is a month's wages for the average Cuban.

The government did not raise the price of jet fuel likely as tourism is their biggest foreign currency provider.
The Russians are flooding into Cuba again. Not a good sign.
