RE:Sale price of $550 million for NCU

RE:Sale price of $550 million for NCUHey Gigametals, actually Pumpkin Hollow is one of the largest deposits in North America. That link was for producing mines but since Nevada Copper only focused on the UG for now, it appeared as a very tiny operation and listed as 19th...

Pala investments's lawyer is on the list of consultation parties. Not even Mercuria is on the list. Pala has about 62% of the common shares. They have a say in who is going to win the assets. Keep in mind that this is a very unconventional transaction that is occurring. There were two interested bidders pre chapter 11. A desperate seller would have sold to either of them... obviously with the way things are unfolding, more parties had the opportunity to bid which creates an environment for higher offers to be submitted. It's not like there are many deposits like this for sale in North America. It's a seller's market and this chapter 11 avenue kills 2 birds with one stone (allow the company to restructure debt and benefit from competitive bids being received for highly in demand assets up sale)

Keep the faith my friend.
