RE:RE:RE:Sale price of $550 million for NCU
GM..

one of the posters has it as a restructuring..  stocks are not affected..  its a cash infusion to contune buizz.

U don't resume buizz and wipe the storks - illogical - U simply do not hav a registered company.

the storks hav been heavily diluted.  a new owner will no dwaddle on a few pennies whe  a buy will drive the price up...

this deal could hav been handled by a local law firm w a simple C-11/7.

the UG has problems.  but that entire area will hav UG Issues and Hud will do an UG w a pitt..  they - like barrik do both... UG and Pits and all of the UG here in nevada hav water issues..  there is an underground Sea that goes all the way to Utah..

otw - i hav been on several of the large mines here in nevada.. all hav a pipe running to the top discharging water..

NCI just happened to go thru two shallow aquifers and hit a river below...  the new mines in this area will B designed w this in mind and the technology to deal w water..  of all things - they did not hit a sewer pipe.  if U ever dealt w pulling underground storage tanks..  this was always a surprise in sections not deliniated...

as to the experts stoppin in .  they are not..  they hav never ever seen anything close to the cambat -w- these law firms.

myself..  i think the mine has been sold and the counter offers were sealed earlier in the week..  thats why we are seeing these ancedential torts on the bonds...  -->> pala apparently had a bond that was transferable from when the brught the mine..  the state changed the amounts and made the bonds non- transferable.  BLM cam in and followed suit..  this occured when I-80 Gold was sold to Barrik... couple years ago...  i looked over the sale.  and Cirrilo the CEO of ABX came out and said regarding the bonds..  they would fund 250M$ N-2 a Royal Trust Company.  and collect 8% interest and wipe the I-80 Bonds which were simple open market.

the driving factoid in this sale is not a loss or a wipe of shareholders.  the new buyers either hav to pass a A&M Best Rating and secure an Insurance Rhea.  i.e. they hav to buy a policy that insures the Bond for Reclamation..  not one but two policies..  looking the trishura tort from last week.  it looks like pala was the Munich Insurancs Rhea.  the structure is pribably complicated..  outside of purchasing binders on Contractors Main Policy..  not much exposure..  it is expensive and only a couple of agents in the state usually write these for dollar amounts in Exce$$..

lastly in the C-11 Restructuring.  there is a legg that states goverment approvals..  so there is more than a couple of mines clawing on the overpaid lines.

then on the TORYS statment for legal fees up in canada.. there was a section where they dealth w the TSX.  i do not see wher they were moving to permantly de-list NCI..  a coupe obvious thoughts here...

the reality index.. is the new owners are keen on suppling money and staff to take the QTA PPA on-2-stage..  there has been too much money spend by third parties in this area to take on another by-her-pay-here owner.. !  as to the old mangment..  they din not stop for a second or consider expenditures..  did they spend liek the end of time...  yep.. !  they did a good job and hav some bak room kudos.  that why we are witnessing a 100M$ is fees to make a sale...

toss in the 10,000 ac feet of water in a dry gulch controlled by NCI and the UG is a side show....

there is a master plan for this distrik.  millions hav been spent in surveys/etc.. ->. toss N some really mad Reds in muskovite, and we are now cont=strained where they controll 60% of energy and metals.

the times change - we the times - now the reds...
