This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Thank you for the link. If my reading of tea leaves is correct, the implied advice that BCE is a stock to buy and forget in your TFSA/RRSP, a forever stock maybe?. Larry's sets out 3 reasons, that make BCE interesting,

since July 13, BCE stock price up 13%
BCE appears on the 200 day moving average list
and where it gets interesting, the stock trading at its 2007 price.

So who is Larry T (I never heard of this guy)? ok, very credible ...
