RE:RE:RE:When CEO walks away their is a reason.I don't think you are giving enough credit to MLIB.  They have generally done fairly well on negotiating these deals. I would be more concerned about DEFN getting shown the door and MLIB partnering with someone credible! It has happened to a few entities in the last 5 years because of BCs  FN friendly consultation/expropriation policies. MLIB will force them to wear their big boy pants or hit the road!
