Heads or tails

Heads or tailsToday's announcement has left me scratching my head. Based on the mumbo jumbo, I can't tell if its good or bad.
Any pseudo geoligists out there want to take a shot at interpretation?
My reading was cursory, but I don't believe I saw the word copper mentioned when reference was made to the visible mineralization.
I do recall the word copper being used when the surface sampling was does.
I ain't no geologist, so if anyone can shed some light on the observations that are discussed in the announcement, it would be appreciated.
Thanks
