I think we need two things to turn the ship around:

1. Great drill results this week while Beaver Creek is running and

2. Management comes out and states NO MORE RSUs. Ever.

I have to apologize to Excel because he appears to be right, at least partially. Perhaps those RSUs were given out at a time when money was tight but that should no longer be the case. Options only going forward. There's no need to give free shares to management as the company, and thus shareholders, are not benefiting economically when an institution acquires the shares directly from management. I don't care if Colin and team have a big tax bill. If they continue to grant themselves RSUs, they'll only continue to turn off shareholders.
