exactly, what I am thinking, the whole thing stinks!
The voting agreement of AMK with E.Sprott ended 5 years after the 2019 financing in August 2024, shortly after the deal was announced. Even when he says soI,I doubt, that ES would have agreed otherwise, as he had no other chance than to comply.
The premium of 274% is based on the 4 year low of 11/11.5 cents, but is still 1 cent below the ATH of 44 cents in 2020, four years ago.
Never ever would I agree on such an offer for TUO
