The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Can theoretically sink any candidate. Of course the media is going to say kamala won big but based on her 2% in primaries as TJ said anything could happen. Tying this back into why us reit investors should care. Very little room for a market sell off or bad economy data to change minds of voters
