If inflation was in target and the fed funds rate was < 4% now I wouldnt want trump in either. I couldnt even care less. WHATS Wrong with the status quo if things are good?

except things are NOT GOOD.

But Im pretty sure the american people and us reit investors are not happy with this overnight rate and the elevated inflation which is making BOC move slower.

THIS IS OUR TIME. THE TIME US REIT INVESTORS GET OUR $$$$$$ BACK AS RATES HIT NEUTRAL. ITS EITHER GOING TO HAPPEN ORGANICALLY OR BY TRUMP FIRING EVERYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS.
