The good news is that the Patent is being considered for a "Notice of Allowance" and thence an "Issue Date as Approved". The bad news is that an error(s) has been detected and the paperwork returned to the Company rep for correction before the issue can take place. The USPTO gives the Company two months in which to accomplish this. I would hope they will be 'johnny on the spot' and get this last move done and an approved issued patent.
