RE:c-stainable

RE:c-stainable
First of all, please refrain from insulting comments here, agreed? Not all of us are that savvy on the internet.

Secondly, you are right about the trademark; there appear to be 2 applications. The US application #97160650 was filed on Dec 7, 2021 but was abandoned on Jul 15, 2024 because no Statement of Use or Extension Request was timely filed after the Notice of Allowance was issued on Dec 13, 2022. Quite surprising that CO2 GRO did not properly monitor this timeline and let it slip.

The Canadian application (the one that you mentioned, #2150498) is valid althought still pending after 3 years. Which is a little bit odd IMO. Should have been allowed / registered by now, don't you think?

IMO, this trademark discussion is actually secondary. I assume that most of us here have the same interests, namely protecting their investment in CO2 GRO. In that regard, I would like to see more comments from US investors who know what we can do as shareholders.
