Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TRUMP WILL WINTrue - try real clear politics, or real clear polling to cut through the bias and noise.  Some interesting trends with Harris losing momentum in PA.

Travelled through a large battleground state yesterday.  It's all hands on deck with the political machine.  Crazy times ahead, and thankful to be living in a superior more legitimate multiparty democracy.

Regaining some capital on the Artis units.  The preferreds are a much larger holding for us, and along with most of the 5 year reset market; they have performed really well.
