RE:RE:Welcomed Gains

RE:RE:Welcomed GainsThats the age old question after a bout of bad news. We know they have set aside 3B for fines basically destroying 2024 profits, now we are waiting for regulatory restraints in the USA which has no finalization date. There have been a couple of  large start of trading day purchases for whatever reasons only they know in the past two weeks. Now the unknown knowns need to be resolved and then the financial impact on thier profit going forward. This is still an opportunistic buying or selling opportunity until the smoke clears and those final regulatory fines and guidelines or oversight  still remain to be seen. I dont thing anyone has forgotten the problems just making thier own bets on the future and whether the dividend paid is enough to keep them interested.
