As you have stated,

"Who was/is going to make a deal with them based on their track record, except Debenture Holders"

I think the Debenture Holders shot them selves in the foot with this deal, all this royalty BS on top of stil holding debt on Excellon books is a killer. IMO

I say they should have gone with all shares no royalties and cleer/convert the debt or this company is dead. IMO

This is all a big joke as Excellon stands now !
