RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What exactly is the offer What exactly is the offer? Well, for one it is a stinking low ball of ITE's value and the low-ball gets worth less almost every day. As for another bidder, well 10 to 20% will certainly not meet my value expectations. I think 33% from the original GTE price preceding the bid might be acceptable.
Hey, possibly ITE will favor investors with an update this week or next on what they called  'their final decision".  The board and management have nothing to little skin in the game...
